2008 Commerce Street Revitalization and Reface

2008 Commerce Street is a revitalization and reface project in a historic district of downtown Dallas, featuring a full renovation of the building's street-facing elevations. The upper level was converted into live-work units, while the ground floor was delivered as white-box tenant spaces ready for build-out. The project preserves the structure's historic character while introducing modern, flexible functionality for a new generation of downtown users.
