Zero-Net Federal Office Building

Townhall building designed to achieve net-zero energy efficiency, composed of office space, a fitness center, a police department, and a public library. A landmark civic building that proves sustainability and public function can co-exist at scale. This design was completed by Johnny Limones during his tenure at Beck Group.
