Texas Best Grapevine is a 13,000-square-foot travel center located at 1001 East Northwest Highway in Grapevine, Texas, serving motorists along a busy Dallas-Fort Worth corridor. The project was completed in conjunction with Crown Architecture and delivers a one-stop destination combining fuel, food, and retail under one roof. The exterior pairs light-tan horizontal siding with natural fieldstone veneer columns and a dark bronze metal gable roof, anchored by a central 'Texas Best' sign with a steer skull crest. Inside, the open-concept retail floor features light wood-look flooring, exposed industrial ceilings with abundant pendant lighting, and rustic murals depicting Texas landscapes and vineyards. Tenant amenities include JR's Stone Oven Pizza and Deli, a beef jerky and tobacco bar, Texas Best Roasters coffee, a beer cave, and refrigerated drink walls, while 14 Texaco fuel pumps and Tesla Superchargers manage site circulation. Taxidermy wildlife mounts, Texas-flag dining tables, and warm stone accents complete a brand-forward, destination-style travel center engineered for both everyday commuters and road-trip travelers.
